Fix name length #213

~Requires an update to where we use savedseaches:// construction to reference a savedsearch, such as in savedsearches_analyticstories.j2~ Fixed in this commit: https://github.com/splunk/contentctl/pull/213/commits/5adc1b3f5b249c83f422e94c76e0d73811d2d5e3

Merging this into the release branch. That whole branch will be reviewed as one large PR as it has significant changes around some of the same parts/fields.
