docker_containername lookup should be created by app-docker, not by ta-dockerlogs_fileinput #11

In architecture: standalone search head (app-docker) and standalone universal forwarder (ta-dockerlogs_fileinput, ta-dockerstats, ta-ucplogs-sysloginput) is not created docker_containername lookup. So there will be error on dashboard Error in 'lookup' command: The lookup table 'docker_containername' does not exist or is not available.
