This PR adds kubernetes log and metadata collection using the Splunk Universal Forwarder docker image, includng:

Technical Add-On (TA) to collect logs: ta-k8s-logs Technical Add-On (TA) to collect k8s api metadata: ta-k8s-meta Splunk Enterprise with a new k8s app package that can be deployed in a k8s cluster. Deployment yaml for each TA individually, as well as a full demo that includes the k8s app. Docker image builds.
