This PR adds a dashboard for GitHub Code Scanning, along with documentation and minor big fixes.

What changed?

Docs now include references to Code Scanning
Security navigation menu is now called Advanced Security
Security Alert Overview dashboard is now called Advanced Security Overview

What's new?

GitHub::CodeScanning event type
Code Scanning Alerts dashboard
DATETIME_CONFIG is now set to CURRENT for [github_json] in props.conf

What was fixed?

security_alert_overview dashboard base search now uses the github_webhook macro
