Celebrate success at section 7.2

Add some text (and a whimsy image) to celebrate we successfully found the issue.

This is an important point in the workshop. We were able to find the root cause of a customer facing issue in a complex environment! From here onwards we will move out of problem finding mode and into mitigation, prevention, process improvement mode.

On second thought. Maybe we can split the complete workshop into two sections, problem solving (up to and including 7.2) and post-incident improvements (7.3 onwards).
