chore: merge respective docker-compose* and pytest* files into one

• Removed docker-compose-ci.yaml and pytest-ci.yaml
• Updated docker-compose.yaml and pytest.ini with required changes
• Now docker-compose.yaml and pytest.ini can be used in ci and local as well
