Add ability to auto assign JIRA tickets created in Splunk #5

The ability to auto-assign tickets generated in Splunk would be a great help. Ideally it would work this way:

  1. Allow you to select from existing users OR
  2. Use part of the results from the alert to assign (for example $result.field$)

Not sure if this possible.

I've include an Assignee field, as you suggested, in my changes. You can review the Pull Request here
