SCK logging and SCK Objects doesn't work as expected in IPv6 only cluster

Logging and Objects pods throw failed to connect: getaddrinfo: Name or service not known (HTTP::ConnectionError) logs when SCK is installed in a Single stack IPv6-only cluster.

It requires a third-party library fix in kubeclient. I filed a bug report at https://github.com/ManageIQ/kubeclient/issues/585.

It is observed that

Logs are being collected but pod-related metadata are not being attached to the logs.
Pulling objects is working as expected
It throws getaddrinfo: Name or service not known (HTTP::ConnectionError) when watching any objects
Metric collection is working as expected
