Splunk loggin pods on CrashLoopBackOff on AKS #832

What happened: Error in pod describe Warning Failed 46m (x243 over 21h) kubelet Error: failed to create containerd task: failed to create shim task: OCI runtime create failed: container_linux.go:380: starting container process caused: process_linux.go:545: container init caused: rootfs_linux.go:75: mounting '/var/lib/kubelet/pods/0be742a1-5bfb-4a80-8628-b079381be5ee/volumes/kubernetes.io~projected/kube-api-access-b6vs7' to rootfs at '/var/run/secrets/kubernetes.io/serviceaccount' caused: mkdir /run/containerd/io.containerd.runtime.v2.task/k8s.io/splunk-fluentd-k8s-logs/rootfs/run/secrets: read-only file system: unknown

What you expected to happen: Pods on running state

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible): The pods are being deployed as DS into AKS from Jenkins pipeline

Anything else we need to know?: on the NS called splunk, this are the only pods not working

Environment: AKS
