Add multi_format fluentd plugin #838

What would you like to be added: add multi_format fluentd plugin and ability to enable multi format parsing in configmaps

Why is this needed: I encountered an issue with BottleRocketOS on EKS not being able to forward logs in json format, but did work with cri. The cluster is mixed, amazon linux and bottlerocketOS, but we rely on json format as cri does not work for our applications on amazon linux.

This issue was identified and a solution found for fluentd on bottlerocketOS. I also confirmed this solution with AWS support. https://github.com/bottlerocket-os/bottlerocket/discussions/1436

multi_format fluentd plugin will allow us to receive logs in mixed OS environment. The ability to enable this in the values file will allow this plugin to be configured and enabled.
