Does not thaw buckets if they are still in colddb or (home/hot/warm)db #109

warmToCold support (#80) makes it possible to copy buckets that are still in Splunk.

Todo: When thawing, check if the bucket is still in any of the (home/hot/warm)db or colddb directories. If the bucket is there, don't thaw that bucket.
