Create a testit.sh that tests shuttl

Like buildit.sh, there should exist a testit.sh, which abstracts how shuttl is tested.

The script can be run by a continous integration server, and if we change how we test shuttl, we won't have to change the CI server.

Created tests for buildit.sh and testit.sh, which tests the scripts where the PATH is setup to be without ant.
