API forbidden error #7

I am using the datadog addon for splunk from gov cloud to the datadog com geolocation and keep receiving a 404 forbidden error when our cloud to cloud api is trying to connect. I have properly followed the directions and created and installed the app key and api keys into the cloud app and they are my keys that i created in datadog.

@Engineer33426 - was this ever resolved? Seems like an TA installation issue.
