Ability to configure add-ons #142

Is it possible to configure and create inputs for add-ons like Splunk Add-on for Microsoft Cloud Services which exposes its own endpoints, or do add-ons require their own separate provider?

@sighup Unfortunately, we are currently not planning on adding support for creating resources or using endpoints for other Splunk add-ons.
