Provider's GPG Key has expired #180

Hi, unfortunately the GPG key has expired:

related: https://github.com/splunk/terraform-provider-splunk/issues/176 You need to use a newer version of terraform. 1.6.0 introduced an issue with regard to GPG key validation. Next version fixed it.
