Review funding and author contact info #1

@dcconner Please review the thanks footnotes in the first page. From Cornell's point-of-view, I'm not sure if it's DARPA or TORC that's the source of funding. But since we, the authors, are from multiple institutions, I guess we'll say DARPA anyway?

Also, please check that I got your new address and lab name right :smiley:

Works for me for contact information.

Just use the same as other papers for funding DARPA via AFRL contract number.

Maybe add a statement thanking TORC Robotics for managing the contract.

@dcconner We are still missing the funding information. Can I use what I see in the Trials JFR paper?

Or will it be different because this was a different phase and whatnot?
