Update vigir_behavior_synthesis figure

Referring to the figure depicting the “Behavior Synthesis” ROS packages and the nominal workflow: (i) Add ReSpeC to the image (move msgs to the left) (ii) Either number all arrows or none (iii) Rename SMGenerate to SMGeneration for consistency (not renamed in code yet!) (iv) If I end up renaming LTLCompilation srv, update image accordingly (not renamed in code yet!)

@pschillinger Is this something I can do if you send me the source file? Or did you use an online service? If so, which one?

• I wanna use it for any other figures in the papers, so that they have the same look to them.
• For example, the control modes figures I made in Keynote. It looks much different.

Update: I ended up renaming all 3 services (team-vigir/vigir_behavior_synthesis@232dac53db065faacab3cb665d1775d212fc2cf1)

I've updated the text in the "ROS Implementation" section too. So you can see the new names there.
