目前使用的2.1.12，不能正常识别

识别 \" 这个是什么意思

如果tpl文件中有“\"”，如a.tpl里有： (左尖括号)input value="(\"我的值\")"(右尖括号)

spm-build打包错误

不知道报错内容是什么，编译 tpl 应该是当作字符串操作的，而且你应该不需要转义。
