No function behind the icon for "Documentation" feature in Dashboard #32

If you click on the "Documentation" icon on the Dashboard nothing will 
happen!

The functionality will probably not be implemented by the next release.

To avoid users' confusion it maybe better if the icon is set to insensitiv 
as "gray-colored" or "shadowed".
