Do you have an idea, why the url included in the href of the xref-attribute 
generates this error:

     [xslt] C:\DITA-OT1.5\xsl\preprocess\topicpullImpl.xsl:575: Error!

http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd Cause: java.io.IOException: Server

     [xslt] [DOTX031E][ERROR]: The file http://www.java.com is not available to 
resolve link information. Either the file could not be found, or a DITAVAL file

file 
isn't used to remove the contents of the file.The location of this problem was
