Put website jobs under Helinks STS Documentation #59

As documents are built from DITA Topics and DITA Maps, and since all such 
files exist in one subdirectory under CVS, a single Hudson job can be defined 
to generate documentation.

Different document types are governed by ANT Scripts used to access DITA Maps 
to pull out DITA Topics. The different document types are XHTML, PDF and 
EclipsHelp.
