By default we can reply to the issuer a carbon copy of the issue entered.
To help track the issue in the database if the user were to contact us either
by
email or telephone we can use the time stamp the issue was recorded as a key.
JForms does not provide a means for which the user can query the status of the
issue.
If we want to do this we will have to export the data to a separate database or
table
within MySql.
The Choose button for uploading files is user OP specific. This means that if
my OP
is English it will say "choose" and if my OP is German it will say "Durchsucken"
