Can't add channel #118

Hi, i tried a lot of thing ( like re install the app, factory reset the tv etc.. ) but i can't add channel.. they all have an icon of a general prohibition sign with an eye in front of it.

I read somewhere that it's an authorization issu but like i said i reinstall the app, factory reset my tv, check all authorization... I don't know what I can do

This symbol (not that easy to understand I reckon) means that this category is visible but has no content. You probably have a Chromecast with Google tv. On this device, many channels don't provide any program when using the standard api. I haven't found a workaround yet, but it may be totally on purpose from Google, on order to lock users on its interface.
