Searching (button voice) Google TV Chromecast #82

Hello replay :)

I found bug when click and write text to search or use my voice. The first time you can see that it is trying to load/process the request by spinning the 3 dots next to the entry field, but after a while nothing happens - it seems to skip. The second time it works normally. This happens from time to time. I do not know why.

Previously, movies or series did not want to load after entering them because of, let's call it, recommendations from Google, you know, open "pictures" when you type "what to watch", but I think it fixed itself - I'm not sure if the correction didn't affect the inclusion of notifications permissions for Google TV

I want to help with tests :)

Hi,

Projectivy is not interacting in any way with search or voice control, I can't see how it could be responsible from your issue. How did you configuration Projectivy as a launcher ? By disabling the stock one, using the accessibility service, anything else ?

I have everything options active in settings Projectivity Launcher 4.51. I need change state? I can send my settings "Export" Projectivity or others screnshoots? Maybe Projectivity bloking "Announcements" Google TV? Sometimes?

I analyzed these 2 issues on my Chromecast 4.0 4k and Chromecast 4.0 HD devices.

[!] If we want to fix the appearance of movies/series after selecting "image" or searching for them. Important: If we do not turn it on, it will constantly load (blur screen with name video and circle load) and will not load, so it can be called an error. I don't know, maybe the Launcher has priority and doesn't allow it to load.

Fixing this problem:

  1. Go to settings
  2. Go to Apps
  3. Special settings for applications
  4. Display on top of other apps
  5. Allow Google TV (turn on)
  6. Restart your device
  7. It now works. Movies/series will now be displayed after searching for votes or entering them (trailer, your rating, description, name, etc.)
