Unable to make unordered lists (or any lists) in TinyMCE #124

This isn't a problem with the gem I don't think but I can't seem to find a solution through TinyMCE's support. I am looking to add the bullist plugin to TinyMCE but I guess this doesn't include it out of the box? Any ideas on how to enable using lists?

Try enabling the lists or advlist plugins.
