Errno::EACCES: Permission denied @ rb_sysopen - C:/Ruby24-x64/lib/ruby/gems/2.4.0/gems/tinymce-rails-4.7.3/vendor/assets/javascripts/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smile y-cool.gif An error occurred while installing tinymce-rails (4.7.3), and Bundler cannot continue. Make sure that gem install tinymce-rails -v '4.7.3' succeeds before bundling.

Please close. I have resolved with reinstall gem.
