It's unlikely I'll add in any explicit integration with cancan, but out of curiosity, what did you have in mind?

Authorization by cancan, integrate file manager and protection this.

This is definitely outside the scope of this gem. If there's anything in the tinymce-rails gem that is making the glue code harder to write than it should be, please open a new issue with the specific problems.
