What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. compile libjingle with WEBrtc media engine
2. start call example 
3. monitor dbg info

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
call aplication should be able to call online friends

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
libjingle 0.6.14, WEBrtc engine, win7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
