Problem with building Mylibjingle + Linphone in Windows #366

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using Mylibjingle solution in Windows and build it successful in Windows
2. Download mediastreamer2 project and add it into Mylibjingle.
3. Building only mediastreamer2 in solution Mylibjingle,  it generates a lot of 
errors, (almost error missing include files), after adding  many include files, 
it still give many other errors. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mylibjingle with libjingle 0.6.14, Windows 7, 32bit.

Please provide any additional information below.

LinphoneMediaEngine is no longer officially supported.
