Documentation does not list correct mailing list

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go here https://developers.google.com/talk/libjingle/
2. click on the link to "ask other developers" under "support"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to be taken to a useful mailing list where I can ask other developers.

Instead I see You do not have permission to access this group. (#418) and There 
is no group named “google-talk-open”. which, quite honestly made me think 
libjingle was dead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Irrelevant, but I'm using OS X and chrome to browse the site.

Please provide any additional information below.

Simillarly, the google talk help center link is broken (well, it points to 
archive.org, which, again, suggests death): http://googletalk.blogspot.com/
