FUBAR.bf not working #2

I tried to run FUBAR using FUBAR.bf . The batch file says that HyPhy version 2.11 is required, but the most up-to-date version I have access to is 2.5.4. There does not seem to be version 2.11 .

Dear @Gogarten-Lab,

These are really outdated files. To run FUBAR, please use the protocols from http://hyphy.org/tutorials/CL-prompt-tutorial/ or just do

hyphy fubar --alignment /path/to/file
