Restriction on the header line for running 'ThreadNucOntoAA.bf' #15

It seems like 'ThreadNucOntoAA.bf' does not work with sequences having accession numbers with underscore. I checked 'ThreadNucOntoAA.bf' after replacing the '_' with letters and it worked fine.
