Hello you should both probably review this. The uploaderservice should have also been in it's own branch but I needed it for the IRC Client so here we are. There's still stuff to be done (in IrcMessage particularly) but there's enough here that we can add to it.

This also depends on lists in config files for the channels, so yeah.

Might be best to wait until IChannel, IUser, etc. changes are in.
