In Spain, in some phones, the caller ID is unknown #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just use the mOTP
2. In some callers (different carriers: Orange and Movistar), the ID is unknown

It is curious because some time ago it was working ok, at east, with the Orange 
carrier one.

Hello,

The issue has been resolved from our end.
Following changes were made in the caller id format to make it work perfectly.

For Spain numbers, the caller id would be printed in below format
00-34-XXXXX-XXXX
