No OTP received in Singapore

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Request an otp to a Singaporean number. No missed calls received.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Receive a missed call

The issue reported seems to be Device / Operator specific.

Root cause is yet to be identified.

Observations:
- mOTP was successfully delivered to some of the phones in Singapore.
- mOTP were not received on user reported smart phone.

Currently only landlines are working. Tested again with a Blackberry. Doesn't 
work.

The problem appears to be Phone OS specific, which is not able to render the 
missed call details.

mOTP platform connects with your device for a mere second or less, from the 
several tests performed to find the root cause, it was commonly observed that 
smartphones loaded with screen locks / phones with below 80% network 
connectivity were not able to detect and render the missed call received.

To implement the solution, we would be increasing the time of contact duration 
between phone device and the mOTP server instance.
