Show latencies of repeated ping #32

Often it is useful to observe how is latency changing in real time.

The cases could be:

observing impact of a network component (e.g. a firewall) load
observing impact of network high utilization

As I understand it sshping already measures many repeated pings. It would be great if it can show those measurements and ideally if we can set the ping interval (or the measurements averaging interval) with resolution of at least 0.1 seconds.

It looks like @spook is not active on GitHub since 2022-02. Maybe we cannot expect a response from the author?
