Closes #3 Add Payment Options for a Customer

Description of Proposed Changes

• Add Payment Type menu and add new payment to database

Steps to Test

git fetch --all
git checkout dr-AddPaymentTypesToDb
cd bangazon-cli.Tests
dotnet restore
dotnet test

After the tests run and assuming they pass, navigate to:

..
cd bangazon-cli
dotnet run

• If no customers exist in your local database, create a new customer: press 1
• Select a customer to make them active: press 2
• Add a new payment type: press 3
• Fill out the payment form
• If successful, return to the main menu
• Check the DB Browser that the new payment type exists
