A Dialogue system that has the following:

• [ ] Pressing an interact button to initiate conversation with a character
• [ ] Allowing multiple dialogue options to be selected
• [ ] Different conversations happen relative to the game state and what has happened

We could spin up our own, or use YarnSpinner

Using an external library

Pros

• Less work (at first)
• Is a port of an existing dialogue library for games (Yarnspinner)

Cons

• Integration could require jumping through hoops if we want to do anything outside of the box later on
• Uses a proprietary file format for handling dialogue
• When it comes to styling we will most likely have less flexibility

Writing our own

Pros

• Could use any file format we want
• We would understand it better and not be at the whims of an external library
• Less dependencies

Cons

• Never done it before
• Would be more work (at first)
