Figure how to automatically extract the Mac version scripts #23

The t7g Mac version just contains the .gjd files, plus the executable and
an extra data file. It looks like the executable and the data file contain
the rest of files (.rl, .grv, font, etc.), but right now we don't know how
to extract them. Any ideas?

I've added a tool to do this in r312. It successfully extracts most files but 
it's
still missing sphinx.fnt and xmi.gjd.
