Further to the 5XX and 4XX resolution on testing the Go SDK these issues discovered.

Invalid module name in go.mod (set the generate command?)
Targets a fixed endpoint by default (set in the generate command?)
Uncommented TODO values assigned to variables in the code (find replace with appropriate value for type)?
Duplicated func/receivers. Will not compile too many errors?

Re duplicates they are structs not functions or receivers, related to this open issue and tags?
