problem with watter ripples from dynamic surroundings #129

Expected Behavior

When rain or water drops hit water ripples should be be generated.

Actual Behavior

water ripples are only rendered when the player is facing north or east at specific angles.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Stand near water while raining
  2. Move the camera around the ripples will only be visible at very specific angles while facing north and west. 2021-08-02_21 26 08 2021-08-02_21 26 11
