Description of problem:

PXL_20240201_223027637 This is too short of a travel distance to be able to make it to both torches on Hard item functionality.

You should be able to use Cape if you have it. Alternatively, you can bomb yourself and use the invincibility frames. Enemizer is currently buyer beware in this regard but it is being reworked to include some logic for situations like these.

Falling in the pit to get iframes mostly works but the timing is super tight to get all 4 torches (thanks to people in the ALTTPR discord for that hint).

I think Cape strats are only really feasible in Normal mode. I had tried it in Hard (which is what this mystery seed ended up in) and found myself going through 3 magic refills.
