Issue with graveyard cave #79

I was unable to complete this seed. Lantern is in Graveyard Cave. This unlocks pegusus boots (big chest in palace of darkness, I dont want to go through this blind) and titan mitts are in library. I don't see any way to get to Graveyard cave missing Boots and Mitts.

Graveyard Cave refers to the cave above the King's Tomb so you don't need the Pegasus Boots. You just need the Magic Mirror (Cave Above Swamp Palace) to get the Lamp (Graveyard Cave) once you have Dark World access; which you have readily from Moon Pearl (Kakariko), Gloves (Lake Hylia) and Hammer (East Death Mountain) via Hookshot (Aginah's Cave).

How do you actually navigate to the north of the graveyard in dark world to use the mirror on the ledge?

It is blocked by dashable rocks and mitts stones.
