4 years ago Flippers are at Blacksmith. You have two gloves and moon pearl available (Mini Moldorm Cave, King Zora, and then Sick Kid (there is a bottle in uncle tunnel)), which gives you Village of Outcasts access. You can grab the frog, S&Q back to the light world, and then bring the frog (now blacksmith) to the Blacksmith's place to get your Flippers. From there you can access Catfish.
Advanced item placement (which is what your game is using) may require you to rescue the blacksmith without using the Magic Mirror. This is in logic and expected.

Description of problem:
I believe this is an impossible seed. I did not have access to the flippers, because I didn't have the magic mirror. I could not get to the catfish because I didn't have the master sword and couldn't go through Aghanim. I felt those were the only two ways to progress at a specific point in the seed, but neither option was available. I'm new to this, so I may have missed something, but I feel that I'm in the right.
