ClusterProxy & ClusterAgent sections need updates.

This is not an issue with the spore-demo, but I believe the documentation for ClusterProxy/ClusterAgent is being planned. Let's keep track of this in the spore-docs repository instead. I'm confident that there will be progress soon.
