Ruby 1.9 support #9

Hello,

I added 1.9 support to spork-testunit. Please merge it if it works in your environment too.

I actually don't use test unit very much. I wrote this as an example so other people could implement their own test framework integration :-)

I looked over the code, it looks Like it should work, so I'm just going to merge it in :-) thank you!
