Fix damage caused by the IFSC #8

Soooo...

Old events can no longer be scraped (will add backward compatibility soon)
Removed the option to select leagues as the new API returns all relevant events
Removed scraper for old seasons (and its tests)
Olympics Paris 2024 schedule page no longer exists. Removed parser for now
Added a new parser to parse info sheets
Removed now gone APIs and replaced them with other ones

On the upside, the code is much cleaner now. I hope it won't get messy again.
