Quick fix to read and store timezones in Grounds #3

Hi Gerald,

the time zones can now be stored in the grounds table.

changed schema.rb for the table definition
changed model/ground.rb to store time zone
changed readers/game to parse the line (in a non sophisticated way, I simply don't understand your TextUtils stuff ;-))

Thanks for your initiative. The time zone should be added to the city (the city if not present will get auto-added). Not sure how to proceed - 1) option - use your code as a plugin/patch or 2) thanks for patience - will add time zones to cities as soon as possible. Thanks again.
