Add teams to Box Leagues

Here are a few general guidelines of how the league will be formatted:

• There will be four or more teams made up of a minimum of four adults.
• All teams will be scheduled to compete against each other in both singles and doubles.
• League matches will take place every Thursday evening though teams will most likely be scheduled to play every other week.
• Teams are competing for maximum points based on singles & doubles match results.
