  1. One or more tournaments can be configured for a ladder
  2. A tournament can be created in through Club Preferences
  3. A tournament can be accessed through a button in main navigation bar
  4. The seeding for a tournament will be based on the ladder ranking
  5. Administrators will be able to put the tournament results in on the tournament page
  6. The ladder will be updated with the tournament results
